Due to the nature of our products we do not offer refunds or exchange for hygiene reasons .

If you receive a faulty item we are happy to offer an exchange.

In order for us to honour your exchange, we will need to be informed as soon as you have received the package followed by a picture  of the damaged item . We will then asses and confirm to you via email whether we are happy to exchange . All our items are quality checked for any damages before we post them out.

Please do take into consideration, all our lashes are handmade and therefore each lash can be slightly different but only very slightly

For your own protection: if returning an item we always recommend you use a delivery service to guarantee the item is received.

If returning from outside U.K. Please do not use courier service as this will result in excessive clearance fees which we will have to charge back to you or refuse delivery. You must ensure value on parcel is Zero and you clearly write returned goods  on clearance forms .

Al Jamal will not be responsible for paying postage on returned items unless damaged or wrong item received.

We always recommend you carry out a patch test 24 hours  prior to using the lashes and glue
